The Chapelle de Conflans was built during the years 1843-1867 by the congregation of the sisters of the sacred heart. In 1911, after the departure of the Sisters, the buildings hosted the minor seminary of Paris until 1970. Now it is the property of the diocese of Créteil. It has been renovated during the years 2002-2004. Organiste titulaire Jean Guilcher Concerts Seldomly Masses with organ Sunday 9.30 a.m. Video Jean Guilcher
The organ was built by Cavaillé-Coll in 1866 for the Petit Séminaire of Paris. It was moved to Charenton-le-Pont in 1911, probably by Charles Mutin, who added a Cor de nuit to the Swell, extended the pedal from 20 to 30 notes and made a couple récit/grand orgue 'en octaves graves'. In 2008, the organ was restored by Yves Fossaert without making important changes to the existing instrument.
